Refund policy
We have a 07-day refund policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
As we ship directly from our suppliers, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer a full refund or replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us at support@milantrends.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept refund requests for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at support@milantrends.com.
